Android users install the APK and enable mock location. iPhone users run LocoLarp Desktop on Windows with a USB cable. You do not need to be a developer to follow the guides.
Neither product changes GPS hardware. The Android app does not hide the mock flag. The Windows iPhone tool uses Apple’s developer simulation channel; some apps can detect that.
